COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Enable Physical Therapists to gain a practical knowledge of the possible anatomical and neuro-physiological factors leading to neural tissue sensitization (irritation)
(i.e. Persistent neural irritations following whiplash associated disorders)
- To optimize the physical therapy approach to the evaluation of neural tissue through "Neural Tissue Provocative Tests" including "Neurodynamics Testing" and "Neural tissue Palpation"
- To review highly effective mobilization & taping techniques for the treatment of neural tissue sensitization (irritation) at the cervical spine with immediate positive effects
